ECO-PACK Stand

A functional exhibition stand covering an area of 24 m²

The client – a manufacturer of eco-friendly packaging – was looking for a sturdy and functional stand that takes up little storage space and is quick and easy to assemble. The choice went to Vector 50 mm alumi- nium profiles: durable yet lightweight, designed for easy installation of fabric graphics . The stand was fitted with shelves for displaying products, a lockable storage area for equipment, and a large corner counter which, thanks to spot LED lighting, attracts the attention of passers-by.

The stand we built is modular; its components can be freely combined and reconfigured to build a display stand or a wall, and most importantly, it is reusable.

The SERPENTINE stand

A 50 m² stand inspired by a ribbon

A stand designed for the RemaDays 2026 trade fair. The main theme is a structure inspired by a undulating ribbon, linking the suspended elements and the counters. It is constructed from 30 mm bent Formulate tubes , as is the serpentine-shaped back wall. The whole is complemented by walls made from the Vector and illumiNova frames , customised back-of-house facilities, two illuminated counters and custom-printed flooring. Thanks to a well-thought-out spatial layout, this 50 m² stand also features a dozen or so standard products, such as flags, light boxes and roll-ups.

The innovative design caught the attention of both participants and organisers, resulting in it being awarded the Excellence Award .

HELLO stand

A freestanding structure for the lobby, shaped like the word ‘Hello’

The client’s brief was for a lobby stand that would serve as a backdrop for photos, but without blocking the space like a typical partition. They wanted something spacious, portable and subtle. We opted for a lightweight structure made from 30 mm Formulate curved aluminium tubes and stretch fabric graphics . Thanks to its compact dimensions, the stand is easy to transport and store. The textile graphic is taut, crease-free and does not reflect light. This is important, particularly for photographs. If it gets dirty, it can be removed and machine-washed.

Thanks to the absence of a background, the Stand does not compete with the space, but complements it . Its modular design makes it portable and ready for use in just a few minutes.

The large, empty space in a shopping centre corridor is the perfect spot for an LED lightbox: a display that can be seen from a distance. Therefore, when a client asked us for an advertising solution that would fill a large space, attract attention from a distance and ensure easy graphic replacement , we recommended a 75 mm illumiNOVA profile lightbox with wall mounting. This type of lightbox is ideal for many spaces and passageways: at train stations, airports, conferences and other events.

The key advantage of LED lightboxes is their replaceable fabric graphics. The graphics can be quickly swapped out without dismantling the frame, which significantly reduces mainte- nance time in a gallery setting and cuts costs for future campaigns.

Our in-house design for the RemaDays 2020 trade fair had one objective: to showcase the possibilities within the real, high-impact environment of the exhibition space. The stand was designed to be visible from a distance and to attract the attention of visitors . In the structure, we used 30 mm Formulate tubes, 50 mm Vector profiles and 125 mm illumiNOVA profiles. The combination of these two display systems allowed us to create a multi-layered spatial effect . The stand was visible from a distance, standing out thanks to its form, intense lighting and colourful graphics.

The structure remained stable despite its unconventional shapes and high footfall. The project was awarded the Crown of Advertising prize , confirming the effectiveness of the combination of form, light and structure.

The events agency needed a comfortable, waterproof pouffe that would work well both at outdoor events and in café settings. Durability and an interesting shape were key. The client wanted to avoid metal frames, assembly, and simple, technical forms, so we designed a pouffe without a supporting frame , ready for use as soon as it is set up. The croissant shape attracts attention and fits well into various spaces. Thanks to the Display Tent fabric we used, the graphic is resistant to moisture and heavy use , which is crucial at outdoor events and restaurant use.

The final result is a portable pouffe for chillout areas that can be used both indoors and outdo- ors; it requires no assembly , stands out from standard event furniture in terms of design, and offers comfort to users.

The order for this set was placed by a football club that needed solutions combining branding with functio- nality . The safety of the players and the comfort of the fans were key — the materials could not obstruct the view from the stands or pose a risk of injury. It was also necessary to avoid traditional perimeter boards, which are easily damaged and pose a danger in the event of a fall. We proposed a set of foam barriers that serve as a brand display whilst remaining safe for the players . This was complemented by a large stand bearing the word “GOAL”.

The large-format club T-short, which fans can spread out in the stands, is made from polyester flag fabric, which is semi-transparent when viewed up close and does not obstruct fans’ view of the pitch . The foam objects have been lined with waterproof display tent fabric to protect them from rain and mud .

Valentine’s Day is a perfect opportunity for the retail sector to boost sales, which is why eye-catching displays are worth their weight in gold. Our client is well aware of this, which is why we created the stand shown above using the Formulate system – it catches the eye with its design and allows for quick changes to the message . It is durable, easy to store, and changing the graphics takes just a moment . It works well both in shopping centres and inside shops. The design has been carefully considered to accommodate frequent changes to the messaging, heavy use and easy storage.

The visual effect is complemented by RGB LED lightboxes , which, in addition to the SEG fabric graphics, catch the eye with their bright, customisable, changing colours. Both structures are durable and can be used for years, with the graphics and message updated as required.

ORANGE JUICE stand

A free-standing display stand shaped like a drinks can

We received a request to produce a ‘large can’ from the owner of a well-known drinks brand, who needed a portable display stand for shopping centres and shops . The main aim was to attract customers’ attention whilst ensuring the stand remained portable and easy to store. TThe previously used stands were flimsy, difficult to move and did not stand up to repeated use. The client wanted to avoid cardboard, paper and polystyrene. We proposed a stable and lightweight stand made from Formulate tubes, capable of withstanding heavy use in retail environments .

The design has been carefully thought out to allow for frequent moving and storage once the promotion is over. The display effectively attracts attention, is portable, and the graphics can be easily replaced or removed and machine-washed.

The challenge for our next client — a running-related sports brand — was to capture the attention of a specific target audience by evoking positive associations with running. The stand needed to be highly visible at trade fairs, as well as being portable, quick to assemble and capable of utilising a large floor space whilst leaving room for customer interaction. We designed a stand inspired by the finish line of a race; a form that is clear and understandable to runners. The structure was based on Formulate tubes, offering quick assembly and high stability.

The design gives the stand a sense of order without making it feel closed off — it invites visitors to come in and have a chat . As a result, the stand really stood out at the trade fair, evoking positive, sporty associations that resonated with the target audience.

BOOK stand

Formulate freestanding stand in the shape of a book

We carried out this project for a publisher who needed a display stand for trade fairs and for a retail outlet. The main aim was to create a book-shaped structure that would remain stable despite its substantial size. Thanks to a frame made from Formulate bent tubes, we achieved the effect of a book with folded pages . The client also wanted to avoid temporary solutions and strongly scented inks. Odourless, eco-friendly prin- ting allows the stand to be placed in newsagents, bookshops and other high-traffic areas . The graphics can be changed repeatedly, so the stand can be reused for future campaigns for other books.

As a result, the stand stands out for its form and scale; its structure is stable despite its tall profile, and the odourless, eco-friendly print is suitable for indoor spaces.

When hosting an event for children, the client required a stand enclosed on one side to ensure privacy during workshops held in an open space. The tent-like structure with a large entrance proved ideal, whilst remaining welcoming and accessible to the youngest visitors. Thanks to the Formulate structure and water- -based sublimation printing, we created a 360° stand, maintaining vibrant colours with eco-friendly and odourless printing . The designed spatial form naturally creates a meeting area, whilst functioning well in a public setting.

The structure allows the graphics to be fully displayed on all sides; it is quick and easy to assem- ble and features child-friendly printing — which is particularly important in areas frequented by children.

When you make doughnuts, you want to promote them in every way possible. Just like a client who wanted to draw attention to their new products with a 2-metre-tall doughnut model. The key was a solution that would grab people’s attention whilst also being reusable. The stand had to be stable, quick to assem- ble and safe for the café’s interior . For the opening of a new shop in the shopping centre, our client needed a display stand whose design would ‘invite’ customers into the shop. To highlight the logo even more effectively, we designed a com- pact sign using PVC panels and LED panels, which allowed for a striking, focused display of the logo . The entire structure is based on Formulate, which guarantees stability and ease of assembly. The solution works well in narrow passageways, effectively standing out from standard stands.

The end result is a gate-shaped display stand whose illuminated sign showcases the logo and is visible from a distance in a busy corridor . This helps to increase footfall in the shop.

The paper bird (origami) is a distinctive element of the brand’s key visual, featured on materials such as leaflets and brochures. We decided to create it as a ‘tangible’ universal display that can be reused at various events, both as a suspended and a free-standing installation . The structure had to be durable, easy to transport and quick to assemble, without compromising on visual quality. The Formulate system meets all these criteria. The design was created with reusability in mind and to adapt flexibly to different event formats.

In response to a challenge set by a client in the fitness industry, we created a three-dimensional structure in the shape of their logo. It was essential to accurately reproduce the shape and colour whilst maintaining a lightweight design, so that the stand could be easily transported to locations such as spa lobbies or trade fairs. U sing the Formulate system, we designed a lightweight yet sturdy three-dimensional structure that faithfully reflects the brand’s character . The design was conceived so that the logo could be easily trans- ported and quickly set up in various spaces, without compromising on visual impact.

The floristry industry is all about a ‘clean’ and simple aesthetic. The client was looking for a form that offered ample display space: no unusual shapes, but a strong message. They expected a tried-and-tested, sturdy structure and the ability to easily change the message and wash the graphics. Using the Formulate system, we created a stable yet lightweight structure, designed to be moved between locations . The simple, circu- lar form is an excellent medium for graphics depicting flowers, without distracting from the print.

Textile graphics allow displays to be refreshed quickly, are easy to keep clean, and fit in well with the aesthetic of the floristry industry; the addition of extra feet has enhanced the visual impact whilst protecting the graphics from coming into contact with the floor.
